ABC/Lou RoccoTisha Campbell has reunited with her long-lost sister and it’s safe to say, she feels so good.
In a recent episode of The Real, on which Campbell served as a guest host, the Martin star spoke to Ellen Lindsey, a woman who, at the age of 50, found out she was adopted. During the segment, which Lindsey thought was about her meeting “someone from [her] past,” Campbell shared the news.
“I know what I would tell my sister: I hope you like me,” she said through tears. “I’m your sister.”
Lindsey looked at Campbell in disbelief before embracing her sister.
“All this time, you been watching Martin and that’s been your sister!” host Loni Love joked.
Later in the show, Campbell explained that she and Lindsey share the same father but have different mothers. The actress told Lindsey that her birth mother knew she couldn’t give her the life she wanted so she gave her up for adoption.
Also during the show, Lindsey had the opportunity to meet a her full-blooded brother, Duane, who’s been looking for her since he was 18.
