by

Astroworld FestivalKanye West was a surprise guest during Travis Scott’s set Saturday at La Flame’s Astroworld Festival as he joined a star-studded lineup that also featured Pharrell Williams, Gucci Mane, Megan Thee Stallion, Playboi Carti and many more.

Scott, who suffered a knee injury last month at the Rolling Loud New York Festival, was rolled out on the stage on a stretcher after being introduced by Dave Chappelle, according to Billboard. He performed his set on a cherry picker, including his hits “Stargazing,” “Butterfly Effect” and “Antidote.”

The “Highest in the Room” rapper was joined on stage by Migos and Young Thug. Kanye performed his latest single, “Follow God,” and also reached back to 2007 to perform the first single from his Graduation album, “Can’t Tell Me Nothing.”

Some 50,000 people enjoyed the music as well as amusement park rides at NRG Park in Houston. However, there was an unfortunate incident as fans entered the festival round.  The Houston Fire Department confirmed to ABC affiliate KTRK that three people were treated at a local hospital with minor leg injuries suffered in a stampede after a crowd knocked down guard rails and rushed into the festival rounds.

Scott posted a video of the incident on Instagram and commented “”DA YOUTH DEM CONTROL THE FREQUENCY. EVERYONE HAVE FUN. RAGERS SET TONE WHEN I COME OUT TONIGHT. BE SAFE RAGE HARD. AHHHHHHHHHHH.”
