Trey Songz has finally revealed the release date for his long-awaited album, Trigga, his sixth studio effort. The crooner announced that his follow-up to 2012’s Chapter V will arrive on July 1.
To help tide fans over, the singer has unveiled the visual to his latest single “Smart Phones.” In the Gil Green-directed video, Trey tries to win back his girlfriend, after he accidentally calls her and she hears him cheating with another woman.
“I don’t know what I’m gonna say, but I know that I’m gonna say whatever it takes,” he coos on the mid-tempo cut.
