As of Friday, Television programs and movies can begin production in Los Angeles County. Any entertainment specials will have challenges with the production with limited restrictions in place because of COVID-19. One regulation from the county discourages prolonged contact, which means fewer fight and romantic scenes. Any live studio audiences for sitcoms, talk, and game shows will consist of paid staff sitting 6- feet apart from each other, and at least 25% capacity. Any crowd scenes are being discouraged, and all actors are required to wash their hands before scenes, and only essential personnel should be present while filming.
