RCA RecordsAfter months of speculation, Usher has finally confirmed he’s a married man.
The singer announced the news during an interview airing on Friday’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show, during which he revealed he married fiancée Grace Miguel in Cuba earlier this year.
When asked if they exchanged vows in the U.S. and then went to Cuba for their honeymoon, Usher replied, “No, we were in Cuba.”
You might recall that pictures surfaced of the couple during their September vacation abroad, sparking rumors they’d married then. Usher says, “You know what’s funny? We put this picture up and we were actually just in Cuba on a cultural exchange and people were like, ‘Hey, they got married.’ But you know, the ring is on the other finger, you guys.”
“But we had a great time. [Grace is a ] wonderful woman,” Usher said.
The singer was previously married to ex-wife Tameka Raymond, with whom he shares two young sons.
