— Doja Cat has been the subject of a recent “rapper or not” debate, after Remy Ma shared her thoughts that the “Say So” artist does not fall in the rapper category.

D.C. native, Wale, chimed in on Twitter saying otherwise, even asserting his opinion that Doja is “one of the best rappers out male or female…”

“Anybody that raps for real .. can listen to her raps and can clearly see she is a rapper. I’m just now finding out there was a debate …,,I’ll just say this I’ve been doin this thing for a minute now .. when that girl drops somethin on one of these “rap” beats ?? You gon see,” he said.

Some agree, like rapper Vince Staples, while others disagree with Wale, pointing to Doja’s heavy pop sound. “She has great lyrics but shawty be singing. She a singer. She a pop star. Is Katy Perry also a rapper?” one user tweeted.

–Congratulations are again in order for Nick Cannon, as the TV host is celebrating baby number eight on the way.

First time mom-to-be Bre Tiesi, shared a few maternity pictures of her and Cannon on Instagram on Monday, a couple months after her initial announcement post in January.

The couple also celebrated Easter together this past weekend, when Cannon surprised his unborn son’s mother by popping up on her in a bunny costume.

“These moments are everything I love what u do for the kids I love u,” Tiesi said on her IG story.
