And in the Jay Ahn-directed visual for her song, Jhené brings that point home.
Her character in the clip lives with short-term memory loss, a condition that makes it difficult for a person afflicted with it to remember things for very long.
“It’s been another perfect day with ya/Wanna lay with ya/Spend the night with ya/Spend my life with ya/Alright,” Jhené sings.
