A little girl from Pearland, Texas went viral last week talking very passionately about her missing “perfect attendance pencil.” Little Taylor was beside herself when she realized that her classmate ‘Lizzy’ had it and after several mishaps, she didn’t get it back.
Well, the ‘drama’ was not lost on Ellen, who had 7-year-old Taylor James on her show recently.
Not only did Taylor get to recall the ‘perfect attendance pencil’ controversy, but Ellen gifted her with a giant-sided pencil adorned with her name, along with lots of supplies for Taylor’s class..
Also, Ellen’s friends at Shutterfly surprised her with a special $10,000 scholarship!
