Cassie Ventura has brought on a legal team to address allegations from male escort Clayton Howard, who claims she gave him an STD and terminated his child.
Howard has filed a $20 million civil suit accusing Ventura of being involved in crimes allegedly committed by Sean “Diddy” Combs. Led by Melodie Han of Wigdor LLP, Ventura’s lawyers are preparing to fight the accusations, which include claims that Ventura and Combs sexually trafficked and drugged Howard over five years.
After several failed attempts to serve Ventura with legal papers, a U.S. District Judge approved an alternative method of contact, allowing her team to respond. Ventura and Combs were together for eleven years before breaking up in 2018, and Combs is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence in New Jersey.
