Terry Lewis, the award-winning songwriter and record producer is celebrating his 61st birthday today. Terry has produced top hits for The S.O.S. Band, Cherrelle, Alexander O’Neal, The Time One, Force MD’s, New Edition and Janet Jackson. One of my favorite tracks produced by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis is “Tender Love.” The song was featured on the soundtrack of the 1985 film Krush Groove. In 1986 Jam and Lewis won a Grammy Award for Producers of the Year. Check out more on the songwriter extraordinaire. Happy Birthday Terry Lewis!
