Barack Obama Shares His Favorite Movies And Shows Of 2020

by

Like most of us, Barack Obama spent much of this pandemic at home streaming TV and reading books. Taking to Twitter on Friday, the former president shared some of his favorite movies and shows of 2020. Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, David Fincher’s Mank, and Pixar’s Soul made the list along with Michael Jordan docu-series “The Last Dance,” Netflix’s period hit “The Queen’s Gambit,” Amazon’s superhero series “The Boys,” and “Crip Camp,” which was produced by the Obamas for Netflix. A day earlier, Obama shared 17 titles he read this year, joking, “deliberately omitting what I think is a pretty good book – A Promised Land – by a certain 44th president.”

Everyone is raving about ‘Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom’ is may be late entry this year but the reviews say it’s a must see Viola Davis and Chadwick Boseman’s performance is outstanding.
