Jackson earned $115 million, followed by Elvis Presley with $100 million. The Doors’ keyboardist Ray Manzarek placed third with $45 million, Dr. Seuss placed fourth with $40 million, and “Peanuts” author Charles Schulz tied Prince and Whitney Houston for fifth with $30 million each.
