Nipsey Hussle’s Memorial Service is scheduled for Thursday and will be held at Los Angeles Staples Center. While in the planning stages there have been conflicting media reports about tickets being sold to the service. According to Newsweek Hussle’s friend Karen Civil confirmed “there will be NO selling of tickets to his funeral,” she said in a statement on Twitter. The Staples Center home to the Los Angels Lakers can hold up to 21,000 people. Many of us are still trying to process that Nip’s life was cut short to gun violence and right in front of his neighborhood clothing store.
Ermias Joseph Asghedom (33) better know as Nipsey Hussle was more than a rapper, her was an entrepreneur and a champion for his hood. He was gunned down in front of his Marathon Clothing store on March 31, 2019. Read more from The Grio here
