New Edition performing without Ralph and Johnny. What?? How is this so?? Well according to The Jasmine Brand, 4 members of New Edition Ronnie Devoe, Bobby Brown, Ricky Bell, and Michael Bivens announced they will be touring referring to themselves as RBRM taken from the first letter of each of their names. What?? No Johnny Gill or Ralph Tresvant? It looks that way and word is Ralph and Johnny own the trademark New Edition and won’t include the other guys in the trademark. Oh lawd, another hot mess. I had a poll on Facebook the other day asking do you think Ralph and Johnny should split the trademark with the other members and 80% said yes they should and 20% said no. I’m leaning toward a no, because it was a business move that Ralph and Johnny made and it’s not mandatory they split the benefits with the other members. Read more below
