The Dallas Mavericks and Mark Cuban Sanctioned by NBA. The NBA has announced sanctions against the Dalls Mavericks after an investigation revealed widespread sexual harrasment and misconduct.
The 43-page report blamed “organizational shortcomings” for a culture of harassment against female employees and a failure to properly respond to allegations.
The Mavs have been told to hire more women and update the league on its progress. In addition, owner Mark Cuban has agreed to make a $10 million donation to women’s organizations.
