Eagles Withdraw proposal against Dallas Cowboys. The Philadelphia Eagles tried to break up a Thanksgiving Day tradition.
The Eagles had sent a proposal to the league to have the Dallas Cowboys play their annual Thanksgiving Day games away from AT&T Stadium every other year, according to CBS Sports.
What??? As long as I can remember the plan on Thanksgiving was have dinner with family and friends, while watching The Dallas Cowboys play football. Well the Philadelphia Eagles had another thing in mind. They sent a proposal to the league requesting the Dallas Cowboys play on Thanksgiving, but play in different cities….Then something unexpected happened. The Eagles withdrew the request…Hmm, my question is what did Jerry Jones do? lol
