What??? $2 Million Worth Of Cocaine Washes Up On Beach
Beachgoers at Bethells Beach, New Zealand made quite the discovery on Wednesday night – nearly $2 million worth of cocaine that washed up on shore. If this was me I think I would have passed out…
Locals found multiple blue packages marked with “odd symbols” along the beach. Now police are searching for more packages – as well as clues as to where they came from.
Officials estimate the street value of the drugs at about $1.9 million and think it was likely came from Colombia or Peru. They suspect the drugs may have been tossed overboard for a delivery or to avoid detection by law enforcement.
