Tyler Perry to receive Hollywood Star on Oct. 1st. Now this is good news! Tyler Perry has been so many things to so many people that it’s nice to see him being honored by getting his well deserved star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I know Madea will love it! Because Tyler Perry is so great at finding talent, and producing and directing movies, we sometimes forget he is a accomplished actor who has starred in roles like Alex Cross, Why did I get married, and one of my favorites The family that preys. On top of that, he finds the time to really give back to his community, like loaning his plane to send supplies to the Bahamas helping families who lost everything. Congratulations Mr. Tyler Perry, you so deserve it!.
