Uh oh…It looks like Jussie Smollett may have to pay up. A judge said no to Jussie to get the lawsuit against him dismissed which means the City of Chicago can move forward with their lawsuit. They are seeking $130,000 from him for their investigating his alleged racist attack earlier this year, and the reason he is no longer on Empire. I do miss him on the show though. He was the link that held the family together.
