What?? You ever work for a company who gives perks but have employees who think the perks are there personal property and breaks off a piece at a time…Well that’s what Shonda Rhimes is saying happened to her. When she was with ABC (Scandal, How to Get Away With Murder) one of the perks was getting tickets to Disneyland. Well Shonda said her sister was coming to town so she needed one extra ticket. She requested the ticket and there was pushback from the network. They told her we never do this. The executive did not want to give her that extra ticket. Now eventually she got the ticket, but when they got to the gate, the ticket did not work. Now you know Shonda was mad…She was already feeling stifled in terms of creativity at ABC, and this for her was the icing on the cake. She says she called her rep and said lets do the deal with Netflix. Now that Netflix deal is said to be worth $300 million. I bet that ABC Executive is feeling real small right about now…
