TMZ has reported that Dr. Dre has produced the prenup he and his wife, Nicole Young, signed prior to their 1996 marriage.
According to the documents, their property is separate and what Dre and Nicole acquired during the marriage is theirs to keep. The prenup doesn’t waive her right to spousal support.
Young is asking for $2 million per month, however, legal documents say that Dre has been paying her housing, security and has been giving her money since they split.
Dre’s CPA filed a declaration saying Young’s monthly expenses total $293,306 so the $2 million a month is “ridiculous” according to Dre.
Nicole’s lawyers are asking for $5 million in fees, but Dre is calling BS saying he’s already paid $1 million in lawyer fees, more than his own lawyers, since filing in June.
