Chris Brown says he didn’t bail just hours before a Houston benefit concert, and he’s even offering a donation to support the community.
Ms. LaJuan Bailey recently blasted CB, claiming he bailed on a March 19 show in Houston called “One Night Only” to raise money for storm-damaged homes.
Bailey says she paid $1 million for Brown’s performance fees, accommodations, and private plane, but he canceled during sound check. Brown’s legal team allegedly emailed the letter to event organizers on March 17, two days before the event, informing them CB would no longer perform.
Bryson Tiller was cut from the lineup without a viable replacement, which was a violation of Brown’s contract. It’s unclear if Bailey was not informed by her team. Chris offered a 6-figure donation to a Houston charity, but no agreement has been reached. Bailey vowed to sue Chris if he didn’t fix things.
