Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s star James Timothy “Tim” Norman and three others have been indicted on charges in connection with the 2016 murder of family member Andre Montgomery. Montgomery, the grandson of Sweetie Pie’s owner Robbie Montgomery, was shot and killed four years ago near his home. Norman has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire and murder for hire that resulted in the death of his nephew. It’s believed that Norman got a $450,000 life insurance policy for Montgomery where he was the sole beneficiary before Montgomery’s death.
