PBS is countersuing Tavis Smiley and they’re bringing receipts. Tavis recently filed a lawsuit alleging, PBS’ investigation was inadequate and not done well and his dismissal was a rush to judgment. He wants “multiple millions. PBS said more witnesses talked to an independent investigator and agreed with accounts that Tavis had established a pattern of sexual relationships with subordinates. Court papers also said Tavis subjected subordinates to unwanted sexual advances, requests for specific sex acts and that he made lewd jokes. They want $1.9 million bacon returned salary. More here.
