The Coming To America sequel is officially a reality! The follow-up to the very popular 1988 movie will hit screens in August 7, 2020 and will star Eddie Murphy!
In addition to Murphy who will reprise he role of Prince Akeem, Arsenio Hall, James Earl Jones, Shari Headley (who portrayed Lisa McDowell) and John Amos are all said to be a part of the sequel.
The Coming To America sequel will be produced by Murphy and written by Black-ish creator Kenya Barris.
