Earlier this week we reported that Michael Jordan was donating $2 million towards relief efforts for Hurricane Florence. Yet another hometown hero, J. Cole, is launching a non-profit foundation accepting donations to ensure there are no barriers to success for the youth and families that have been affected by Hurricane Florence, specifically in J. Cole’s hometown of Fayetteville. In addition to the accepted donations, hot food stations will be placed throughout the city, temporary housing options for families, and stocking of food pantries/shelters.
