Colorado Buffaloes Football Head Coach Deion Sanders shared on Tuesday on his Instagram page that he was scheduled for surgery but maintained a positive attitude while dealing with ongoing health issues.
During last weekend’s game against Texas Christian University, Coach Prime was seen sitting and wearing only one shoe.
In his weekly media update on Tuesday morning, Sanders discussed his health challenges without specifying the issue, but expressed confidence in his UCHealth medical team and anticipated a quick return to the sidelines.
He also stated, “I trust God with all my heart” regarding his upcoming surgery.
Back in July, Sanders disclosed his bladder cancer diagnosis but announced at the time that he was cancer-free.
