Kelvin Evans pleaded guilty to an auto break-in in Atlanta that resulted in the theft of unreleased music by Beyoncé.
Evans plead guilty and received two years in prison.
The choreographer and dancer for Beyoncé, reported the theft of the unreleased music from their rented vehicle and surveillance cameras captured the break-in, leading to the arrest of Evans back in August.
The stolen items, including the hard drives have yet to be recovered.
