The NAACP Image Awards unveiling their full list of nods today, the prestigious award honors actors, actresses, singers, authors, and activists of color, in and out of the entertainment industry. The 51st annual show will be live on BET February 2nd. Music royals such as Beyonce and Bruno Mars landed noms in the recording categories, as did newcomers such as Lizzo and H.E.R. Netflix leads in the TV categories, with major looks for ‘When They See Us’ and Eddie Murphy‘s ‘Dolemite Is My Name.’ Russ Parr – “The Bobby Debarge Story” (TV One) nominated for Outstanding Directing in a Motion Picture (Television) and “Unsung” (TV One) for Outstanding News/Information (Series or Special).
