Beyonce has already picked out a birthday song for sister Solange who turns 28 on June 24. It’s Solange’s tune “Lovers in the Parking Lot” which is on Bey’s June Birthday Playlist. With the playlist, posted to her website, Beyonce pays tribute to artists born this month including Prince and Iggy Azalea, both born June 7; Kanye West, born June 8; Kendrick Lamar, born June 17; and Fantasia, born June 30.
Mrs. Carter posted the list, commenting, “Enjoy this playlist in celebration of some of the great musical talents born in the month of June!” Her picks include “Breakfast Can Wait” by Prince, West’s “All Falls Down,” “Good Kid” by Lamar, “When I See U” by Fantasia, and Azalea’s “Fancy” with Charli XCX and “Problem” by Ariana Grande, on which Azalea is featured. She also remembers the late Tupac Shakur with his song “California Love” for his birthday which was June 16. You can listen to the complete 18 song list YouTube.
