Footage from the CBS special, which featured Usher, Janelle Monáe, John Legend and Jennifer Hudson, has surfaced online and one of the highlights was Beyonce’s surprise performance.
In a black and gold mini dress, Queen Bey joined everyone’s favorite red head Ed Sheeran and guitarist Gary Clark Jr. for a medley of the Motown legend’s classic hits, including “Higher Ground” and “Master Blaster (Jammin’).”
Following her nearly 10-minute set, Bey closed out by saying, “We love you, Stevie.”
