Citing documents filed Tuesday in Manhattan federal court, the U.K.’s Daily Mirror reports that the singer is suing a Texas company for “brazenly” selling stuff online bearing the name “Feyonce,” which she claims is too close to her own trademarked name.

The complaint points out one item in particular: a $14.95 mug with the phrase “He put a ring on it,” which Beyonce said directly references the lyrics of her 2008 hit, “Single Ladies.”

In addition to looking to stop any further sales, Beyonce’s lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
