Chris Brown has gotten a new tattoo, but he’ll need a mirror to see it. While on the road for his “One Hell of a Nite” tour, the singer decided to get new ink on the back of his head.
Brown shared video footage of the tattoo session on Instagram in a post he later deleted. However, TMZ‘s got the clip, showing Brown sitting in a chair with a portion of his hair shaved off to make room for the new design, which seems to be the head of the ancient Greek statue Venus de Milo.
While Chris has yet to explain the inspiration behind his new ink, his tattoo artist King Rico recalled their session and posted a pic on Instagram. “Just on the homie @chrisbrownofficial. It was a pleasure to tatt the new King of Pop and watch him put together another record in front of me,” Rico writes. “Dude is a genius. Blessed and Thankful.”
Chris is currently working on his next studio album, Royalty, due out later this fall.
