Chris Brown is no longer facing a battery charge, stemming from an alleged altercation in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the man who claimed the star had punched him during a basketball game is not going forward with criminal charges and as a result authorities say they will not pursue the case any further.
Brown was suspected of beating the man, who was later hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries at Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center, early Monday following an alleged argument at Brown’s hotel suite.
