Image Courtesy Epic RecordsCiara is offering fans a taste of an acoustic version of her latest single, “I Bet.”
The singer posted two black-and-white clips to Instagram showing herself performing the tune accompanied by just an acoustic guitar and three background singers.
“I cannot understand it, I cannot understand it, I cannot understand it/ I thought you’d always be there for me, yeah, yeah/ But if you ask me if I knew betta now, hell yeah,” she sings with eyes closed in the video.
“I Bet,” which spotlights Ci Ci’s painful past with ex-fiancé Future, was released earlier this month in a fully arranged version produced by Harmony Samuels. It’s the first single from Ciara’s upcoming, sixth album, Jackie. The song was co-written by Rock City and is now available on digital retailers.
