D’Angelo Announces Summer Dates for Second Coming Tour

Image Courtesy Greg Harris/RCA RecordsWe’ve had four months to process D’Angelo‘s Black Messiah, his first album since 2000’s critically acclaimed Voodoo. Now, we’ll get to see him live in concert. After concluding his international run, the singer has announced the North American dates for his summer outing, dubbed the Second Coming Tour.

Alongside his band The Vanguard, D’Angelo will kick off his 14-city show June 7 in Oakland, CA. He’ll make stops in major markets, including Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, and Philadelphia, before wrapping June 28 in Sayreville, NJ. You can expect the crooner to offer up new material, as well as fresh renditions of classic tunes.
