David Becker/Getty Images via ABCFollowing Kim Porter‘s passing earlier this month, Diddy is now serving as a “daddy mommy” for their children, and he says, “It’s beautiful.”
The Bad Boy Entertainment CEO posted videos of him on Twitter driving with his kids, calling himself a “daddy mommy.”
“So this daddy mommy thing, it’s beautiful,” Diddy said. “Love it. You just have to get up early in the morning. Like, real early,”
“When y’all hear me say ‘daddy mommy,’ all my single mothers — they know what that is,” the media mogul added. “Even some single fathers. Gotta step up and play both roles. The mothers do it all the time.”
Porter gave birth to their 20-year old son, Christian, and their 11-year-old twin daughters Jessie Jamesand D’Lila Star. Diddy also adopted 27-year old Quincy, Porter’s son with Al B. Sure!
Diddy has two more children from other relationships: Justin 24, and Chance 12.
Porter died of cardiac arrest November 15 at her home in Toluca Lake, California. She was 47. More than a thousand mourners attended the November 24 funeral in Columbus, Georgia, including Mary J. Blige, Kimora Lee Simmons, Usher, DJ Khaled, NeNe Leakes, Lil Kim and Faith Evans.
