ABC RadioAfter releasing last year’s Incomparable. Faith Evans has been quietly recording an EP of remakes called Faith 20, which celebrates the 20th anniversary of her Bad Boy debut, Faith.
To get fans excited, she shared the first remake, “Fallin’ in Love,” a Puff Daddy-produced jam lifted from off her ’90s album. While she kept the original lyrics in tact, fans will appreciate her modern take on her classic, which you can stream and download on SoundCloud now.
Although her first studio effort was officially released on August 29, 1995, she revealed on Instagram that her EP will arrive Christmas Day. “Here’s an early Christmas gift from me to you! Stay tuned Christmas day!” she wrote.
In addition to touring with her Bad Boy family next year, Faye is recording a posthumous duets album with her late husband, the Notorious B.I.G.
