The former New York lieutenant governor claimed that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is a hypocrite for denouncing Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump‘s lewd comments about women heard on an 11-year-old Access Hollywood audio recording, because she’s a fan of Beyoncé‘s music.

“Hillary Clinton expresses that she finds the language on that bus horrific. But, in fact, she likes language like this, quote, ‘I came to slay b****. When he effed me good, I take his a** to Red Lobster,” said McCaughey to CNN’s Don Lemon Monday night.

“That happens to be a line from Beyoncé, her favorite performer, whom she says she idolizes and would like to imitate. There’s a lot of hypocrisy in Hillary Clinton expressing such horror at the language on that bus,” McCaughey added.

In May, Clinton voiced her appreciation for Beyoncé’s Lemonade visual album, following its HBO debut, and told talk-show host Ellen Degeneres that she did “like it” and called it “fabulous” during a Facebook Live segment.
