Beyonce fans just might get the follow-up to 2013’s Beyoncé within a couple months.
According to a report from HitsDailyDouble, the singer’s sixth studio effort is set for an April release. The untitled set, which marks her final project for Sony Music, would seemingly coincide with the launch of her Formation World Tour, which begins April 27 at Marlins Field in Miami.
In addition, industry sources suggest that the diva is also working on a a joint album with husband Jay Z, due out sometime this year as well.
While details remain sparse and nothing is confirmed, one thing seems clear: Beyonce has already completed the project. “I’ve heard the new album. It’s beyond awesome, it’s great,” Bey’s longtime stylist Ty Hunter told Andy Cohen on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live earlier this month.
