And yes, the slow jam was created for Issa Rae’s hit HBO series of the same name.
It’s featured in season two of the show and included on the show’s season-two soundtrack.
“Insecure” had over 65,000 views on YouTube as of Friday at noon ET.
Jazmine’s other recent accomplishments include being the lead writer of four tracks on Mary J. Blige‘s Strength of a Woman album: “Set Me Free,” “Glow Up,” “Thick of It,” and “Thank You.”
Bryson’s gearing up for his European tour this fall, with SZA scheduled to open.
