Kehlani updates fans on the deluxe version of ‘It Was Good Until It Wasn’t’

Atlantic RecordsKehlani has been dropping hints for weeks about the forthcoming deluxe version of her #1 album,  It Was Good Until It Wasn’t. 

Over the weekend, Kehlani updated fans on Instagram, writing, “We just made the deluxe in five days. Thanks, everyone who came out it’s been beautiful. complete 180 vibe.”

Since the album’s release in May, fans cannot stop listening to her vulnerable and raw feelings about love and relationships accompanied by quararantine-style music videos for tracks like “Toxic,” “Everybody Business” “F&MU,” and “Bad News.”

Kehlani previously announced the deluxe version would feature “Can I” without Tory Lanez‘s verse, in support of Megan Thee Stallion. 

But who pulled up to her five-day studio session? According to Instagram, Kehlani linked up Grammy-nominated multi-platinum music producer OG Parker. “Making The Craziest Music This Week,” he captioned

Parker has also produced hit songs for Migos, Chris Brown, Jeremih, Ty Dolla $ign, Drake, Katy Perry, YG and more. 

Stay tuned, Kehlani might have another #1 album on the way.
