Photo Courtesy of eOneIt’s been eight years since LeToya Luckett released her sophomore album Lady Love, but the former Destiny’s Child singer will finally bring fans a whole new disc, titled Back 2 Life, next month.
Last year, LeToya emerged with a new blonde bob and single, also called “Back 2 Life” — it was her first release since 2015’s “Don’t Make Me Wait.” She also debuted the first of a three-part “Back 2 Life” video series.
Along with the release of her highly-anticipated new album, LeToya is set to portray legendary singer-actress Dionne Warwick in a biopic titled Dionne. She will also record several of Warwick’s songs for the film’s soundtrack. Further details of the movie are not known at this time.
Luckett has starred in a variety of projects such as Single Ladies, Treme, Ballers and Rosewood.
