London-born Ella Mai looking forward to eating mac and cheese on Thanksgiving

by

ABC/Heidi GutmanLondon-born Ella Mai didn’t grow up celebrating Thanksgiving.  But now that she lives in Los Angeles, she’s enjoying American traditions and loves celebrating the holiday.

The “Boo’d’ Up” singer is signed to producer DJ Mustard’s 10 Summers Label, and will join him for a feast on Thursday.

“I’m gonna go to Mustard’s house. I can’t cook so I’m like, I’m not even gonna try,” Mai tells ABC Audio. “We’re gonna go spend it with my whole team and, like, my family that’s not my family but is my family, and we’re gonna have fun.”

Ella says she’s most looking forward to eating mac and cheese on Thanksgiving.

The Grammy nominee for Best R&B Album is continuing her year-long Debut Tour, which wraps up January 7 in Sydney Australia.
