After performing during the BET Experience in Africa over the weekend, Maxwell is preparing to serenade you on the most romantic day of the year.
The R&B crooner announced via Instagram that he’s performing at Brooklyn, New York’s Barclays Center on Valentine’s Day 2016, as well as Newark, New Jersey’s Prudential Center on February 15. He will be joined by Nas for both dates. Special guest British singer-songwriter Emeli Sande will serve as the opener for both shows.
Tickets go on sale Friday, December 18 through Ticketmaster.
Next year will see Maxwell releasing his fifth studio album, his first since 2009’s BLACKsummers’night, which served as the first installment in the singer’s SUMMERS trilogy.
