Pharrell gets animated with his production crew, N.E.R.D, in the newly released video for their song ““Squeeze Me,“ lifted from the official soundtrack for The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water.
In the video, posted on Vevo, the Pharrell joins Chad Hugo and Shay Haley at the bottom of the ocean as they dance along to the upbeat new song.
“Squeeze me until I pop/ Squeeze me until you drop/ Yeah here we go now,” they sing as animated SpongeBob versions of themselves.
N.E.R.D. has contributed two other songs to the soundtrack — “Patrick Star” and “Sandy Squirrel”– which is available now. The film itself is due February 6.
