Ne-Yo is among the honorees at the 24th Annual Trumpet Awards, taking place later this month.
Organizers have announced that the singer is being presented with The Visionary Award during the ceremony will be held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday, January 23, 2016.
The event recognizes men and women who have significantly contributed to enhancing the quality of life in fields such as law, religion, politics, public service, sports and entertainment.
Hosted by Nia Long and Mike Epps, the 24th Annual Trumpet Awards will air on Bounce TV.
