Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagicIt looks like Netflix’s hit drama series 13 Reasons Why has another celebrity fan.

Paris Jackson recently praised the show on Instagram for it’s depiction of bullying and teens struggling with anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts.

The rising star writes, “this show was an amazing way to get the message across to bullies that they need to stop doing what they are doing, it really did a good job of showing how impactful words and actions can be to other human beings.”

With that in mind, Paris also urges anyone interested in watch the show to do so with caution, adding, “it is also an extremely triggering thing to watch. please only watch this show with caution and keep in mind that it may put you in a dark place. if you are struggling please don’t watch. if you think you can handle it, please by all means check it out.”

Paris’ Instagram note was written in response to criticism of the series, which spotlights teen suicide, both for its subject matter and the way it’s depicted.

Earlier this year in a Rolling Stone interview, the model-actress disclosed her own struggles with depression, drug addiction, self-harm and multiple suicide attempts.

The Hollywood Reporter says 13 Reasons Why is leaning toward renewal for a second season.
