Pharrell Williams is back for his fourth season on The Voice, airing later tonight.
The singer is looking to win big as he’s recruited Sean “Diddy” Combs to serve as an adviser for NBC’s hit singing competition show. The mogul will be working directly with Pharrell’s team, while Patti LaBelle will lend her vast expertise to Christina Aguilera‘s team.
In a sneak peek, Pharrell tells an unseen aspiring singer that he or she possesses a special talent.
“I’ve worked with a lot of people to know the difference between people who have it and people who don’t and you have it,” he tells a hopeful.
The Voice returns on NBC on Monday, February 29, at 8 p.m. ET.
