by

Atlantic RecordsPnB Rock has officially dropped off his first effort of 2019, “I Like Girls,” featuring Lil Skies.

The melodic record finds the Philly-bred artist crooning about his affinity for women who champion their sexuality. In addition to dropping off the buzzy track, PnB also gifted fans with the song’s accompanying visual

“I Like Girls” is to serve as the lead single off of PnB’s forthcoming debut album, Trapstar Turnt Popstar, which is due to arrive in May.

Speaking with Zane Lowe, on Beats 1, the rapper shared that the project would feature guest spots from Tee GrizzleyQuavo and a posthumous verse from XXXTentacion

“I have two songs that haven’t been released by me and XXX, and one of them is the one that made the album,” PnB explained to Lowe.

He continued, “It was [for] sentimental reasons, but at the same time, it’s timeless music. So I know if I put this song out five years down the line, it’s still gonna be the same vibe.”

Over the course of the past year, PnB has racked up a blockbuster of hit singles including Meek Mill’s #1 Urban Radio smash, “Dangerous“ and “Uptown/Bustdown,” found on fellow Atlantic Records labelmate A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s #1 LP, 2018’s HOODIE SZN.

“I Like Girls” is now available on all streaming services
